Mervyn Taylor’s art is familiar to many New Zealanders. He is recognised as an artist of many talents, but is best remembered for the brilliance and integrity of his wood engravings, many of which appeared in the iconic
School Journal.
For the first time in 50 years, some of Mervyn’s wood engravings and linocuts have been reproduced in a set of greeting cards.
